Running warm up/down 27:03 [3] 4.69 km (5:46 / km)

Inc. some drills.

Orienteering 11:56 [4] 2.24 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 7

Mass start, thought I was doing badly on long leg, if had committed would have been in lead - still with front of pack. Lost confidence, fell apart and on own, fighting to stay ahead of rest. Controlled again at end.

Orienteering 12:38 [5] 2.5 km (5:03 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine 7

Mass start 2. Strong on hills, in front pack, going well then rushed long leg, poor route so dropped again, then a mistake where map was wrong (?). Same story had to fight to stay ahead of other pack but did again with controlled but quick decisions.
Just need some big fat confidence in myself...just a slight click needed.

Great weekend, good to train with other like minded people - things to work on.
