2 nations run. Started/finished at Paxton House and crossed the chain bridge into England and back. Trails, fields, lanes, mud and finished with a steep hill. Started slower which helped. On my own a lot so once I had gaps either side just tried to enjoy it, love being in the countryside.

Back from Paxton via Cornhill with Dad on mountain bikes with road tyres. Shifting in places but also some off road as Heb will be. Good to get on the bike after running and suss out teamwork (chance for Dad to get his own back after run!)
