Running warm up/down 31:40 [3] 5.39 km (5:53 / km)

Orienteering 8:25 [5] 2.04 km (4:08 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 7

Lost it on the way to 1 and had to stop and work it out which left me off the back of Grace and Laura. Worked really hard to get back on, managed to get back to 2nd but a poor route when the boys came past meant no chance of anything more. Please with how I handled the mistake and how I recovered. Speed is there, just need full focus all the way.

Cracking first half having a good battle with Grace, even had the confidence to go my own way on 6 when Grace went the other way. We had different runners choice though and mine wasn't quite as good. This coupled with running towards wrong set of buildings when I let my concentration slip meant I could no longer challenge for the win.
Huge confidence boost from tonight though, things are coming together :).
