Road effort, decent enough in a block of training. Stomach better this morning and although have been grumpy/stressed all week managed to relax for this. Too short for me but sprint relevant so will repeat.
Note
First go out on the bike this year to Kara's (c.10km total not logged), change of shoes then a good warm straight of the bike worked ok. Really fun to be out on it again, hopefully weather stays ok so can do more again. Spin home helped the legs.
