Sosol at Bar Wood, where the world schools middle was.
Did the brown.
Oh yeh now know what the scale was!!!!! Must check this before starting. Thought that 2 was on a linear marsh rather than a veg boundary which confused me a little.Made a mistake on number 6, Dad made a mistake on the same one but her was worse. Had some bad routes especially on the long legs and rubbish on 16 as I wasn't sure whether to cut through the green, was too indecisive. Felt ok running, brachen was tough. Dad almost caught me but I took a better route:). He started 5mins after as he thought he would catch me but he only beat me by 4mins:).

Soooo on with the training yehhh:).

W/u ~ jogging with dad on the hill in the field and then all the way up the track and to the start. Drills and some stretches too.

W/d ~ again lots of jogging with dad and then stretches.

JGS Seniors Against Berwickshire.
We WON 3-2. Was a really good game. I scored the 3rd goal too:). The ref was awful though, screaming at her own team and had a go at a member of ours.

Coaching at East of Scotland training. It was over an hour but was only running for about half an hour. Shaddowed the 2 of the group (white group) and generally coached. They were doing setting the map. Was really good fun.

Usual session x3. Felt rubbish to begin with and didn't know how I would manage to do three but got better. Did a short session on the bike and the cross trainer inbetween sets.

Actually worked really hard as we could do what we wanted. Did mostly cardio stuff as do strength stuff when in the gym tomorrow night.
