British Middle Champs
Got the first one ok and didn't feel so much pressure for this race. Ticked of the marsh but felt as though I should turn right but then map said left so did and it turns out I wasn't in the marsh on the map so was wrong and hunted on the wrong hill but then realised and found it and pulled kirsty into it too who had been looking for longer. Charlotte caught us soon after and it was head to head after that. Sometimes she would get away and other times I'd get the control first. I went too fast when I thought it was easier and went to a different hill to Charlotte as knew she was wrong but so was I:P. Annoyed about the last section as I didn't slow down enough to get them, saw Charlotte hadn't found the control so assumed I was wrong too when actually it was slightly hidden so we were both wandering around trying to ignore eachother. Caught a pack and stopped navigating which was silly and everyone was just running around. Ran hard at the end. Quite good but annoyed about the end as I shouldn't have went faster, it was a change in terrain just, not easier.

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [3] 3.4 km (17:39 / km)

Usual session x3, felt it tough but think that is because dad wasn't there so wasn't giving myself rests. Stretching was awful, stretching required this week. Biking inbetween sets.

Lanton loop lap 2. Better paced.

Running tempo 9:39 [4] 2.0 km (4:50 / km)

Laton loop lap 3. First time doing three as now doing that same as dad so got to do them a bit slower as getting into it again, going to be very hard as they get faster.
