Edinburgh City Race. Lots of positives to take from this. Always really struggle with long legs but really happy with the first one. Unfortunately the second one spoilt what could have been a really great run due to my usual panicking/rushing. Investing 10secs could probably have saved me 2mins. However had a really good chat after and have some ideas re how I can improve this. Able to push hard right to the end too.

Great meeting with Lecky/Dad after - lots of ideas, reassurance and good discussions.

Different instructor this morning who normally teaches Pi-Yo so a good mix of pilates and yoga which was really good for me and my poor legs.

5 sets of 4x400m (30secs jog back to start) 3mins between sets with Sophie and Georgia. Hurt a lot but managed not to go off too fast. Loop slightly long with two tight corners which was probably good for orienteering as had to accelerate out.
