Bughtlin (2.93km).
Great new area, lots of controls. Tried to start more confidently. A few not so good route choices but generally quite good until yet again on the last tricky control of the course I ran out of the control in slightly the wrong direction, panicked and instead of taking a second to look at where to go kept running and took a really bad long route :(. Need to hold concentration right to the end.

ESOC sprint chase (3km). A real hard run. Tough going, stupid mistake on 10 just not reading the map and checking every bit of wall! Totally on my own for the second half. Still reasonably positive especially after late night at friend's wedding ceilidh.

TT. Strong headwind on return....obviously (worse than previous 2 tests) two windiest days in past few weeks have been my too tests. Therefore happy with an improvement (12 & 4secs).
(3:32, 3:39, 3:41, 3:49, 3:46, 0:07).

TT loop. Windy and had to slow a couple of times for people so happy to run loop PB.

Legs almost good and got better as run went on. Lots of stretching/rolling this week in evenings which is definitely helping, need to stay disciplined and not just do it when legs are extra tight.
