Not really coughing, feeling myself just a big congested so feeling well enough to go down to Newcastle to join in some training.
Short warm up and then easy around sprint course. Actually spotted some good routes going slower.

"Death Buddles" - definitely got a lot out of even at a slower pace. Chose the best bit and left the rest for when feeling 100%.

Feeling no worse after running, better in fact, coughing started in evening. Slept 11hours.

Shivery cold feeling has gone, big improvement. Decided sleep was more beneficial than cross training this morning though. Early bed again, big coughing fit (haven't really been coughing) which made me feel better. Slept 12hours.

No training :( :( guess it had to happen sometime.
HR high. Home from work soup & toast, lots of lemon & ginger tea and straight to bed not quite so wrapped up. Breathing gaspy. Slept 11 hours.

Usual instructor off so Pi-Yo again, very tight today but helped as usual.

Didn't feel well when got home, couldn't get warm, went to bed all wrapped up. Haven't quite felt like I was recovering properly this week.
Went to bed early and slept 10hours.

20x 1min (1min) with Sophie. Timed it well so most of the session was in torrential freezing rain which added to the fun. Yet again it was only the girls who finished the session....
