Inc. drills. Stomach not good.

Cramlington men's open (6.7km).
Lots of almost even route choice (which is exactly what I needed) and hard running with a tricky end. Set out with clear aims building on last weeks training and successfully achieved these.

4xsprintervals with Tessa. Race replication, first few controls of the first one went awful (totally replicated the kind of thing I do under pressure), which in a way was good as then developed a strategy for my starts which worked through all the rest :). Not only was this fun but I feel like things are coming together.

10x400m (80secs) with Tessa. Legs screaming from about rep 2, breathing much better though, times consistent. Got out, tried to relax and keep legs turning over before pushing strong down the final straight.

Advised to miss some of the single leg stuff as left hip to knee very tight and not playing. Still worked hard. That's all for today to recover properly from the weekend.

Note

B12 injection (should have been Friday but was away from home).
Definitely now coping better though, as although still noticeably dropping off towards the end of the 10weeks, the dip is less so can continue training and only slight stars / breathing problems (no fuzzy hands even with the mad weekend)!
