Cumbernauld. I think someone knew I needed to practice long legs as that's certainly what I got. Positive start - 1 routine. A bit annoyed around 4-5 where best route was going between two sides of the map but good practice at pushing hard on my route even though I then knew it wasn't the best. A couple of others where I lost my place but felt like I was generally faffing less.

Park run was in the plan and because of this it was obviously really windy in Edinburgh today. Decided to head to Portobello instead as I know it's not a quick course but at least wouldn't be straining into the wind for last 2.5km. Good hard effort, very busy though.
