shoes: Icebug Acceleritas 3

Friday Nov 17 #

Spinning 45:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GT-1000 2

Tried out gym 2 streets away which I realised I can use for a £1 for my Friday x-training to save me lots of time when we move office. Obviously not as good as CSE but will do the job.

Thursday Nov 16 #

Running warm up/down 24:39 [3] 4.31 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

Straight from work, probably last time up the super busy Mound etc. woo!

Running tempo 45:00 [4] 9.78 km (4:36 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

3x12mins (3mins) LT. Legs better than past few days but were the limiting factor still. Standard wind for 2/3. Being slightly earlier was better for not meeting big groups but worse for bikes as had to basically stop on each lap to not get run over.

Wednesday Nov 15 #

Running warm up/down 17:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:40 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Made myself stretch/roll last night so legs not as bad as last night. However as of next week I'll also have to run home again :'(..due to work moving but won't have to carry a bag.

Strength and Conditioning 25:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Yoga 45:00 [0]

Saving my poor legs. Last time I can stay for relaxation due to timings (as certainly wouldn't be relaxing!) which is a shame as it's good for me.

Running 43:22 [3] 7.72 km (5:37 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Easy AT. Still DOMSy decided to run on the grass for a bit to ease the legs and managed to fall spectacularly so more cuts and bruises to add to my collection!

Tuesday Nov 14 #

Running warm up/down 28:12 [3] 4.79 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

Inc. a few drills.

Running intervals 54:00 [4] 12.02 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4 (2)

12x3mins (90secs jog) with Sophie and Georgia. Legs felt like lead weights and it was an absolute suffer fest from about rep 4, (certainly not from going too fast) my body would just not go tonight. There was no way I was giving up though so dug deep, hung in there best I could and ground it out. Mentally so tough. This is not the most important session of the week at the moment though so I guess sometimes it will just be like this.

Monday Nov 13 #

Running warm up/down 17:00 [3] 3.0 km (5:40 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Main session 4x4 BS 65kg - depth not so good. Rest more or less as usual.

Running warm up/down 49:00 [3] 8.27 km (5:56 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Orienteering 25:33 [3] 4.38 km (5:50 / km)
shoes: Asics GT-1000 4

Map flip plus 2 courses with Tessa.
