Hilly off road Dunion loop then kept up the tradition by exploring more new paths, this time around the Howden burn. More to be explored.

Lanton ‘Park Run’, 30secs course PB from last time at end of March (obviously way off actual PB as the course is super tough). Buzzing feeling though to take so much off, more proof I’m flying but gutted there’s no races as the 17:?? is in there. Felt good and strong on the hills. Stomach tried to go as I’d had porridge rather than my standard hard run breakfast (even though 4hrs before) but controlled it.

Pre-breakfast with Mum :O (rest of the family aren't morning run converts...yet)! Easy around Howden loops, lovely steep hill from Inchbonny but I somehow enjoy being out at this time especially when weather nice.

Been walking some lunchtimes too now we are allowed out more as mood noticeably much better after being outside. Standard w/d for this session with Dad putting the world to rights.

Pre-breakfast. Another go and clipping in/out. Steady slowly increasing the resistance then 10mins of 30 (30).

Lanton loops. Ran 2 together without a break then started the last one with Dad for a change. After being sunny all day it poured with rain and the gloves were back on so not a night for fast time but felt good.

Because in Scotland from today we are allowed to leave the house to exercise more than once a day, I felt the need to do just that. Lunch break White Lodge, Joogly Brig, back road into the town home. Feeling good again, saw less people than kms.

Torches Brae, Roma Cottage, trails all the way to White Lodge then town loops (no cars in my mile turn!) plus park hill. With Mum until Waterside, nice evening, good to be out again and still very quiet which was good.
