shoes: Nvii Terra+

Orienteering 12:39 [5] 2.83 km (4:28 / km) +13m 4:22 / km
shoes: Nvii Terra+

Back on a map, in a blizzard. Running too fast (20secs/km quicker than same area in Aug), very tricky area and course had no easy legs but have properly analysed. Really fun though, looking forward to more of this.

Saturday Feb 6 #

Running 53:24 [3] 11.08 km (4:49 / km) +34m 4:45 / km
shoes: Asics GT-1000 8

Shortened "Sunday run" with Kara out to Drumbrae and back, about as wild as life gets right now. Moving along nicely.

Yoga 30:00 [0]

Friday Feb 5 #

Strength and Conditioning 17:30 [3]
(rest day)

Thursday Feb 4 #

Running 30:16 [3] 6.2 km (4:53 / km) +22m 4:48 / km
shoes: Asics GT-1000 8

Another easy one, feeling much more alive than yesterday. Meadows via the canal finishing with strides.

Wednesday Feb 3 #

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Running 33:37 [3] 5.68 km (5:55 / km) +88m 5:30 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine ISO

Standard easy week slog feels but nice to get out with Katrina. East Craiglockhart, mudfest.

Tuesday Feb 2 #

Running 27:02 [3] 5.03 km (5:22 / km) +48m 5:08 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-DS 25

Cycle path and back with strides.

Running tempo 7:36 [4] 2.01 km (3:47 / km) +3m 3:45 / km
shoes: Asics Gel-DS 25

Dirty, sleety, windy night - 2km at a little more pace. No session this easy week but keeping the legs moving.

Monday Feb 1 #

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Running 47:48 [3] 8.7 km (5:30 / km) +75m 5:16 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine ISO

Easy with Sophie, that's all for today.
Serious knots in my shoulders from being tense/cold working last week, a lot of lying on a hockey ball to relieve. It works wonders but it's very unpleasant.
