Witherslack, throwing myself in at the deep end as keen to get rid of rustiness before more major events. Didn't do too badly for a sprinter and certainly not as bad as feared. Lots learnt and got into it in the second half when there was less limestone about.

Flying visit to the Borders for a proper event, even if only a wee one. Gala Policies sprint, lots of mud and burn crossings just like the Gala XC. Pleased to hold it together in the woods but missed one good route choice.
