Recovery/steady run trying to use the heart rates that we'd been given on tour. Found it really hard to go slow enough.

Recovery phase started. The bit I find the hardest but will do me good to take it a bit easier for a few weeks.

Legs are not as sore as expected. Recovery run, bottom of town, up to auld brig and home. Stretching after.

Laps of the track with Karen slowly getting faster, then drills.
Slow jog with Karen after.

Running race 40:38 [5] 7.5 km (5:25 / km)

Morebattle Hill race. 1st women, they sent the women of first so had to run it on my own as was way ahead of others. Knew the route better this year and still pushed hard on the hill and back down. 4mins quicker than last year which I am happy with since last year I had to race all the way.

30 signs in the rain. Put in 3/4 effort up the hill and was focusing on coming of the hill faster as that is what I am rubbish at. Horrible weather but enjoyed it:).

Across at gala with the harriers.

Long interval type things with the harriers. Very tough since only 5 of us there and the other 4 were really fast men so I was hanging on on most of them.

5 long efforts of varying distances.
5:05, 6:07, 6:06, 5:25 and 9:24. All with one min recovery.

Enjoyed it though and rememberd to do all my stretching at the end.
