Nice morning for it, with a loop around the northern lake at Bibra Lake.

Bit of a build run, but it feels like a long time since I did any running (or anything other than shift bricks).

Had a nice run though, motivated a bit more to get home by all of the lightning strikes!

Non specific session for a non specific gain.

Paving the back yard and building some walls is coming along, albeit slowly. Might actualy get some runs in this week - more than I can say for the Indians!!
