Bit wet, but not too bad.

20 minutes easy plus 20 minute build with 3 min at 5:00, 4:50. 4:40 and the rest at 4:30.

Live wire rogaine. We planned a good route for each day, added a couple yesterday and dropped the last one today. As it was, we had to run a fair bit of the leg back to the HH to make it back with 2 minutes to spare.

Still trying to break into the top 10. A couple of messy controls in the morning probably cost us too much time and perhaps even 10th place. Always next time!

Running has definitely improved my fitness, this was longer than we usually go out for and I felt fine the whole way.
