Warm up plus 5km tempo at HM (4:25's), warm down.

Orienteering race (Long Distance) 1:17:24 [5] **** 10.8 km (7:10 / km)

Ran in circles for a little while at #4 and Tooms caught me there. We ran together for bits but mostly with him 50 - 200m ahead all the way until 16.

My feet got really sore on the way to 10 as I had forgotten to tape them - ended up ripping a 50cent sized piece of skin off the ball of my left foot.

Blew up a bit after 10 and started getting really tired out of 17, which was unfortunate as that was an easy leg and I lost a bit of time purely through speed.

Overall - happy with the time, still work to do on the fitness.
