Short urban MTBO course with Ceri + 3. Nice cruise around in a good location. Well done to Ori and co.

Fartlek 2/2 for 30 minutes @ < 5k pace

Gone back a bit in the program to try to make up for lost ground. All "on" efforts were under 4 min/km.

Setting for the Bullant Bites Back Rogaine. Managed to put out 11 today, leaving another 12 for us to do, so should only be one more outing. Some of the tracks were a bit rough today and we've had to adjust our water drops as a result.

Bush was a bit thicker in this section although it wasn't slowing us down too much. No tick bites showing up ... yet.
