Two, 3 hour out and backs. Used car as aid station. Nutrition was good, could have used a few more calories but felt pretty good. Had some hip flexor tightness the last 10 miles, had to walk run last 6 miles. Drank 6 - 24oz bottles in 6 hours. Ate Hammer gels, Endurolytes, pretzels, half of peanut butter sandwich, and many Mike and Ike candies. Didn't impliment run walk pattern like I would at race, should have done this, may not have had hip flexor issues if I had. 16 miles of run was gradual incline, anywhere from 2% to 6% incline. Basically, first 8 miles out and second 8 miles out where slight incline. Overall, pleased with run.
