Tempo run at track today. Did 2 mile warm up with some pick ups added in last 1 1/2 miles. 30 minute tempo: each 1/4 mile was between 2:00 min and 2:06, last 1/4 was at 1:54. Felt strong for entire run, could have to run longer. I could have run at 7:55 pace but feel that I may have not been able to hold that pace and felt good for entire 30 minutes. Easy cool down and stretching to total 60 minute workout and 6 miles total on track.
