| First ski in the new Salomon S-Lab boots, which look very deadly to say the least. I went to watch the classic Alberta Cup race, but it was cancelled because of -20 at least wind chill. I've been fighting a flu since Thursday so tomorrow's race is going to be bad, but I know that going in. |

| Skate ski at Goldbar before the "blizzard" arrives, aka 10cm of snow. Used my skate boots that have been repaired, but I figured out that I've bent the front pin which is very rare and hard to do. It really sucks because I was going to use them for rollerskiing.
But, ordered new Salomon boots from Fresh Air, due to arrive Friday. |

| I ran into Jack Cook and friend doing intervals so I tagged along and did them. 5x2 minutes. Hurt like all hell, but my old Madshus skiis Bjorn glided really well. |

| At Goldbar. Edmonton received some fresh snow this morning, so the klister I bought yesterday didn't have to be put to use. Another perfect day to skate and I was suffering through classic again, mostly double-polling. |
