Running Wolf Trail with E-Man and Nicky. Super icy so I wore my Ice-bugs and actually wasn't too bad. Nice temp for running.

My quads are so trashed from Wednesday.

Obstacles Training 1:00:00 [5]

So this was fun. My friend Lissa convinced me to go to Ottawa Obstacles Course Centre to do a bootcamp trainng session.
The dude leading it was all "you'll be lucky to walk out of here" but I figured if it was legs I'd be okay. And it was a lot of legs.

Very similar to Carleton Nordic circuit training back in the day and I'm sure really good for me.

I'm looking for good indoor training, so either this or climbing.
