Loop of the Gats on the Parkway, starting and finishing at P9. I'm guessing at the time. Well, I felt good on the downhills, but quads still mega tight from obstacles and just felt sluggish on any uphills. Used my RCS which are getting pretty soft and dodgy on really hard packed Parkways. So need more snow.
Man, this really hurt. So many people in the class, but turns out Wed are Leg Days so a good fit. I will pay for this workout, maybe not today, hopefully not tomorrow, but for sure Friday.
