Friday Feb 12 #

Cross-country skiing 1:02:00 [2] 11.52 km (5:23 / km)

Chilly ski at Opeongo Nordic.

Used Green Extra, good old out of date training wax.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

For those of you complaining about chilly hands and toes: from Hutch

Ice Skating 50:00 [1]

Skating at the outdoor rink in Combermere! Awesome ice and I'm glad I didn't start the Garmin.

Tuesday Feb 9 #

Running 1:12:47 [3] 10.71 km (6:48 / km)

Lovely ski at Opeongo Hills Nordic in Foymont. Great conditions, super fun trails, decent old school grooming, Blue Extra, can't complain!

Monday Feb 8 #

Being discussed for a future trip.

"The route uses The Speyside Way mainly over forest tracks and footpaths with some occasional hilly terrain which may be boggy. There is only a very short stretch of road running along minor roads and all road crossings are marshalled. Please wear trail shoes."

Sunday Feb 7 #

Running 1:28:00 [1] 12.69 km (6:56 / km)

Afternoon ski at Forest Lea after dropping the rental car off in Pembrook. Loads of snow at Forest Lea and ran into Steve and Alicia and their lovely kids.
Classic with vintage Swix Special Blue wax, which was a little slippy but think it soft tracks and mostly my technique. Fun trails as before.
