Cross-country skiing 1:58:00 [2] 21.2 km (5:34 / km)

Skiing at Albion Hills. Got there early afternoon as I needed a chill morning after this week. Went here with Bash and others recommending it and frankly, wasn't too bad! There were many many skiers, almost all rec skiers.

I managed to forget a cork and realized I had cold wax on so put some Rode Violet over top and hand corked it in.

Been years since I've been there, remember a couple of ON Jr Training Camps and TOC 4 Man Relays. Some of the looks really nice, some look really thick!

Can't believe I went extra to get over 20km and didn't notice I was 2 minutes under 2 hours.

Friday Feb 19 #

Running 1:10:34 [1] 10.51 km (6:43 / km)

Slow and sloppy run in the snow after work. Saw a bunch of skiers out which was fun. My friend Heather was on CBC Metro Morning talking about XC skiing in town which was super fun to listen to.

Saturday: either Albion Hills or Hockleycrest!

Wednesday Feb 17 #

Running 42:01 [1] 6.83 km (6:09 / km)

Super slow run in the snow down by the river.

Will try to get to Hilton Falls this week if I can. Then Sat up north for a ski is the plan.

Monday Feb 15 #

Cross-country skiing 1:12:00 [1] 10.33 km (6:58 / km)

Super fun ski with Ali from Manor Park on the Heritage East trail. Pretty awesome to be able to classic on cross-country ski trails in the middle of a city in Canada. I used to think the only cities you could do this are world class ski towns like Oslo and Edmonton ;)

Sunday Feb 14 #

Cross-country skiing 1:24:00 [3] 14.49 km (5:48 / km)

Great skate ski from P9 with Nicky, stayed on the parkway.

Ice Skating 1:00:00 [1]

Skating on the canal. Totally lovely.
