Morning ride in Toronto. Decent, everywhere was busy, but good to get 40km in to start the weekend.

Got to Hamilton and wanted to get a quick run in.

Ride from Combermere to Lake Papineau for dinner. Last 4km were on a very soft gravel road which was not fun on a road bike.

Ride home from dinner.
Note to self, don't eat a steak dinner and then ride hard home that includes a Strava Category 4 Hill.

Fun wee ride to Palmer Rapids and back. One of the top whitewater paddling towns in Canada.

First canoe of the season! Amazing conditions, no bugs since it has been so cold at night. Paddled on the Madawaska up to the next big lake. Jumped in the lake and paddled back.

Cycling 1:28:12 [3] 43.9 km (2:01 / km)

Hard ride from Combermere to Barry's Bay and back, on Old Barry's Bay Road. Legs felt dead, probably from the sun of the day. Great temp to ride. I'd like to get some neon arm sleeve to keep a bit warmer but not as heavy as my current ones.
