Walked the track for a few laps then got the energy to maintain a gentle job for awhile. Still had to drag myself to the J to exercise. Hips feeling tight. Did a circuit of the weights and then some stretches. Tired.

Unhappy joints. Took it easy on the weights, but maintained weight despite a hiatus. Just walked on the treadmill rather than doing the track to take it easy on the knees and hips. Hard to get myself going today.
