Decided to back off on the impact of my activity with the pain I've had in my hips. Walked the track inside of jogging, and reduced the weights and the reps. Maybe I pushed myself too much on the weight? I'll see if it helps to take things a little easier.

Gentle jog for a mile until the Aerobics class started. Right hip and knee a little sore. Lungs and energy felt a little better today. Did most of the weight circuit, but tired.
