Running 1:51:49 [3] 14.03 mi (7:58 / mi)
Went out for an easy 11 miler. My legs are really feeling good. I ran the first 5 miles like I was floating. My legs started to feel the run after 8 miles, but nothing too bad. I never felt like I was grinding through anything. I ended up adding a few more miles during the run and even throwing in a 6:45 min/mile for mile 12. I was tempted to run three miles at that pace but felt I'd rather put in a hard loop of rocky hill tomorrow. Over all great run! Brooks ST2 Racers.
