Running 5:41:00 [3] 32.3 mi (10:33 / mi)
Ran from home, to the Rocky Hill Towers and back. Took it easy. I didn't worry about pace.... it felt like I was running it more like a 100 miler than a training run. 0-19 felt good... 21-27 felt not so great.... 27-32 felt good again... brooks ghost.... no blisters... and my brooks compression shorts worked great...
