felt a bit more normal... I took TWO gu's during this run... 1 before I left and 1 at around 50 min.... I'm wondering if thats why I've been feeling crumby on my runs... I was used to taking gus during... I'm going to start doing this more.... I had to take a few walk breaks but I was able to run a bit stronger even though running 7:30 pace felt like I was pushing...
