Long Run, Two Loops of Rocky Hill... The first loop was rough from Thursday's Skyline Drive 18 miler, but the Second loop felt better. Did a ton of walking on the hills. I'm still yet to run an entire hill !!! Brooks Ghost.

Discovery Run on Skyline Drive. Found a HUGE network of single track. The 9 mile up hill was pretty tough for me. I was only able to "run" very small sections at a time. Inov8 295 felt good...small blister on tip of one toe.
