Hurt shin, started off the run with a little pain from Thrusday's work out. It's right at the base of my shin. Ended up hurting it pretty bad. Limp when I walk. going to take it REAL easy the next couple days. No running. Brooks Ghost

Running hills 1:40:42 [3] 9.44 mi (10:40 / mi)

Ran to the "towers..(really only to the fence) and back. Started at the canal banks run up to the crest of the road. Turned on to the single track next the the cross. I then followed the cow/single track trail all the way up. Felt good the first time. 41min total. Ran a second time and my legs really felt it. Wasn't nearly as strong. Came down hard... strained a tendon in my LEFT ankle. The one directly in front. Inov8 295

5min on 5min off at 6min pace... thats what we tried to do. I was able to hit thie first in 6:04 pace... then 6:10 pace then 6:12 pace... my legs were too beat up from the day before to keep going. I did strength training the day before. The work out didn't go as planned. Nike Lunar Racers
