Rock Hill Loops. Ran the First loop in 1:13:50 and ran the second loop in 1:09:30. I could feel the speed change in the second loop. If only I can keep my legs moving on the Hills. I'm starting to get stronger. Maybe my crumby runs are paying off. Brooks Ghost
warm up before hitting gym.... Parked at the gym and ran the canal banks west. Nice 4 mile run....my heart rate never got above 155.... i'm getting there... brooks st2 racers

Ran with a 10% incline at 5.5 miles per hour for 20 min....dropped the incline down to 5% and up the speed to 6mph.... for 5 min... then went back to 10% incline for the last 5 mine... core workout as well...brooks st racer...2

Ran the ridge we'd always looked at on Case Mountain, Three Rivers, CA. Ran chopped stepping up the hill. Had more climbing ability than I'd had in a while. Could run most of a hill, recover, then run again. Inov8 295's were rubbing my heals again. Legs were getting tired on the Decent down the fire road, mostly on the last couple miles.
