Long run, bonked hard...ended running short. Too tired. Closing every night of the week and haven't had a good nights rest all week. I think it's catching up with me. Ate Oatmeal only before the run. No fruit, superfood, etc. New Brooks Ghost.

Ran to the gym, ran home. Felt pretty good. Made it to the gym 8.5 miles in 1:05:04. It was a good run. My legs were feeling a LITTLE tired. Not too bad it was just the compounding miles of the week. At the gym I ran for 30:00 min at 10% incline at 5mph(12min pace) FIRST time I've made for the entire 30 min. Started slower than usual but with 8 miles on my legs i felt pretty good. Brooks Ghost

.8 mile warm up...then ran 5 on and 5 off... my on's were at 5:59, 5:50, 5:44, an 5:51. My best interval session ever! Felt great and there was a little tail wind that helped. Ran the rest of the way to the gym and did my strength/core workout. Nike Lunar Racers

Ran 11 miles. Felt good... NO WALKING....stayed steady the whole time.. Ran the first 8 miles in 1:03..... Felt great after last sat. quick loops of Rocky Hill. Brooks Ghost
