Tried to do an interval workout. My legs didn't have any depth to them. I ran on 5:52 mile, and when I tired my second after a bit of recovery I only made it 3:30(@5:50 pace).... recovered again ...and went for a last time... and only made it again to 3:30.

Went easy back home... New ST2 Racers

Easy Recovery run, Just trying to get the legs moving again in time for the Napa Marathon. Didn't feel too bad but it never felt good. I was able to run the entire 6 miles without feeling the need to walk which was good. NEW ST2 Racers
