Running 51:00  6.0 mi (8:30 / mi)
Tried to do an interval workout. My legs didn't have any depth to them. I ran on 5:52 mile, and when I tired my second after a bit of recovery I only made it 3:30(@5:50 pace).... recovered again ...and went for a last time... and only made it again to 3:30.
Went easy back home... New ST2 Racers
