easy run with Brian, legs felt weak.... but not as bad. I'm really surprised I'm not sure what is going on. This is the first time I've really felt like this...

taper run for napa... my legs are feeling VERY weak for some reason after my hard run yesterday. They don't feel like they ache.. they just feel week......brooks ghost

Ran a marathon test run... Hit the first mile in 8 min, 7:30, 7:06, 6:53, 6:52 and I wanted to keep that 6:50 pace for a while.... but after a few I hit a 6:44 mile and felt like I was working WAY too hard... only made it 8 miles... so I eased up....and ran one more 7:00 mile and cruised it in. I thought it would feel much easier. Sub-3 is going to be one HUGE effort this time around...
