Ran the blossom 10k. Felt pretty good once the race got started. My legs have been feeling pretty worked over since the marathon. I'm hoping to get some big miles this next week. I feel like I could have run low 6 min pace if I hadn't had the marathon the week prior. Lunar Racers

Easy run, trying to get the legs back into it. The marathon took a lot more out than the 50k two weeks earlier. I'm just getting tired quickly. Most of the aches have gone away. Old Brooks Ghost.
