Warmed up for a mile, then tried to run low 7 min pace for the rest. Went well for most of it until the last mile. Can't eat too soon before a run, and also I haven't been taking a gu before my run.... OLD Brooks Ghost..
"easy" run.... ran a big loop out to Tulare and back. I never felt like I could get anything going. I'm hoping i'll be ready for AR50. Mile 7 I ran at 6:30 pace for a bit of a pick up... St racer 2
Had an "easy" run today. My early mile pace went down into the 7:30 range but then ended up feeling like I was working so I backed off. I really want to take it easy as possible. The run didn't feel as easy as I hoped it would. Maybe I just need more miles on my legs. New Brooks Ghost.
