Ran after work at 6:30pm. Felt pretty good...pushed the pace a bit at the end. Had a really low point early... mile 3 or so... and just battled through it. Felt good at the end...

ran very brisk for the first few miles then had to walk.. low blood sugar.. I came back and did a run walk thing, but every time i started running i felt great. I need to get my nutrition down so I can keep up my pace. Brooks ghost.

Ran from home, to the Rocky Hill Towers and back. Took it easy. I didn't worry about pace.... it felt like I was running it more like a 100 miler than a training run. 0-19 felt good... 21-27 felt not so great.... 27-32 felt good again... brooks ghost.... no blisters... and my brooks compression shorts worked great...
