ran "easy" but it was rough. My legs were feeling the 17 miles the day before. Worked out at the gym a bit and ran home. I really struggled at the end.
Running2:15:00 [3] 17.0 mi (7:56 / mi) shoes: Brooks Ghost 2 line
felt good... not GREAT... I wanted to click of a few sub-8 milers. I was hoping for 20 but only had time for 17.... I'll probably run another 17 or so tomorrow.... to give my legs something to think about... then ... taper... for AR50... I'll hope for the best.
