legs feel pretty darn heavy.... next time NO HILLS prior to a race.... trying to get some pop back. I ran a few 5:08's for fartleks.... no full miles yet but soon....

easy run... my legs feel really worked from sat run. I'm really really surprised. I think there were too many hills and I didn't have enough training prior to the event. Ooops.. rest rest rest..
