ran easy.... trying to shake out the legs. I wanted to run 11 miles but opted for 6.... I didn't want to feel spent after todays run.... so I feel good about the six miles and I ran the last mile in 7:12 New/old brooks glycerin

ran to the Rocky Hill from home... didn't make it to the towers but I made it to the top of the toughest climb... felt bad.... the last few miles.... I didn't take any ibuprophen... Legs don't feel too bad the next day...

SLOOOOGGGED through 11 miles... this heat and my legs are feeling really worked... I hope it's JUST THE HEAT... another 96+ day out there...

Tried to do some speed work... my legs were worked after my leg work out the day before... I was really hurting... the heat is really getting to me.. 96+ degree's....

Ran to the gym.... did leg work and then got a ride home from dad who was at the gym working out. The heat really taking it's toll
