Quicksilver 50.... I ran the first 50k real easy in 6hrs and ran the last 20 miles in 3:40..... I felt good to catch quite a few runners ... around 13 or so.... Hoping to recover for SD100

Decided to swim today... after really bad runs I'm trying to take it easy. After about 20 min in the pool I decided to get on a treadmill for "easy running" I felt good for two miles... I still don't feel any spring... So then I decided to crank the incline for my last 10 min..... I only made it about two min when my quads became stiff... Just like I'd been climbing a mile long hill. I'm speechless. rest

This run was bad... I think my weight is up.... 208 or so... I should be below 200lbs... I really think this is causing my running to struggle... I'm going to change. I'm really struggling to get my pace under 8 min miles. My health is more important right now.
