Ran Easy to the gym... worked out.. ran home... Not feeling like myself... Not sure whats going on.. I've only had meat for two meals in the last 4 weeks... could this be the cause? BUT, I felt crumby before i stopped eating it... it's been almost two months of feeling bad...
