Bread and butter 6 mile loop.... felt tough... I'm gaining too much weight!! Trying to loose the weight... at 212lbs...

Ran the Rocky Hill Loop solo... this was the beginning of my solid training.. it was tough... had to run/walk the hills.... and even run/walk the straights.
