Ran a loop on Skyline Drive... first run with sore quads the next day... felt good to be back on the trails.

First Run of the New Year... I'm going to try and log every run this year... We''ll see if I can do it... This run went well... tired but well... ran at 7:59 pace avg... this might be a good sign up runs to come.
