First race of the season. SVO "A" meet - short race. 18 controls, quite technical in places, nice map, great terrain. I felt good technically, maybe 90 sec of mistakes total, but didn't run hard and was very cautious. Still not feeling 100% physically, but felt pretty good technically.

Easy interval session - 5 by 2.5min on, 2.5min off. Felt lousy.

30 min bike (and back) to ACC for orienteering.

Orienteering training in DV with Hammer and Sudden. Did 2/3 or Blue course from Ontario Champs 1996. Physically, felt like a bag of garbage, but starting to feel better technically.
